White Cane Awareness Events

October 3rd – 14th // State Wide

Events will be held statewide to promote awareness for White Cane Safety Day on October 15th, 2017. Community walks will be held in St. Alban’s, Burlington, Montpelier, Castleton and St. Johnsbury. To find out more details and how to get involved, click here.

Bowling in the Dark

October 14th, 2017 // 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Brattleboro and Springfield PALS Groups will be sponsoring a “Bowl in the Dark” event taking place at Brattleboro Bowl.

Cost: $20 per person or $100 per team

Virtual Auction

VABVI will host a state-wide Virtual Auction in honor of Giving Tuesday on November 28th, 2017.

Call to Artists – Flourish Exhibit

VSA Vermont, the Flynn Center and VABVI invite established and emerging Vermont artists to participate in FLOURISH, an exhibition showcasing works of art by Vermont artists with various disabilities to be held at the Amy E. A Christmas Story (The Musical)

It’s never too early to start getting excited about the holidays! VT Council for The Blind will be audio describing a Sunday matinee of “A Christmas Story, The Musical!”
