Transition Program for Teens

The Transition Program is designed to assist visually impaired teens to make a smooth transition from high school into adult life.

Transition For Teens

Ages 14 and older

The Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI) coordinates this program. Some of the areas they address in this program are employment/job exploration, post-secondary education, independent living, community integration, self-assessment, and job skills development.
